What support do you need?
There reaches a stage in every solopreneur journey where you reach a crossroads and have to decide, do you stay small (boutique) or grow. Irrespective of the decision, you still need to build a team around you for your business and life because you you can't continue to do it all. However, how do you identify who is your next hire (be it virtually), as an employee or help with your personal life to free up your time?
In The Chris Harder Show podcast episode, Alex Banayan author of the Book ‘The Third Door’ shared a strategy on how to get clear on your career. It’s a 30-day challenge that I think can be applied to other aspects of business and life such as finding out the support/team that you need.
It basically involves a 30-day challenge in which every day you journal for 5 mins (15 mins in total) to answer each of the following questions:
1. What filled me with enthusiasm today?
2. What drained me of energy today?
3. What did I learn about myself?
After the end of the 30 days, you will be able to see a pattern and have clarity on what you do (keep), delete or delegate in your business and life; and maybe gain some clarity on some other areas too.
